The interview fee of £50 is non-refundable in all cases.

Allocation of places will be subject to facilitator and organiser agreement. Their decision to invite a counsellor to apply for the course, once the interview has been held and paid for, and/or to accept a delegate to the course will be final.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Course if minimum numbers of 10 participants are not reached. If cancelled a full refund will be made to you.

If you wish to cancel your place on the course please write to Carol Belsey before 31st January 2020. Please note the interview cost of £50 and the deposit of £600 are non-refundable but other payments will be returned to you minus an admin fee of £10.

If you have paid in full and need to leave the course at any stage once it has started each outstanding study day will be refunded to you at £75 per day minus an admin fee of £10.

Alternatively

If you are paying the £900 balance by monthly standing order and you cancel your place, in writing, before 31st January 2020 your deposit of £600 and interview fee of £50 will be retained.

Each study day incurs a charge of £75 (above the £600 deposit and interview fee of £50 which are non-refundable). Therefore on the day your letter/email to leave the course is received any excess money held by CB Counsellor Training on your behalf, already paid in standing orders, will be refunded to you.

No refunds will be given for individual dates missed by a participant.

A receipt will be issued for your interview fee and another for your deposit payment. A final receipt will also be issued once the balance has been paid in full. Receipts will be sent by email. Please retain these receipts for your records.

If a duplicate receipt is required this will incur a charge of £10, to be paid before the duplicate is made available.

The Facilitator/Assessor and Moderators’ decision to award a pass mark on the written work will be final.

Those not reaching all the criteria will be awarded a certificate of attendance if they have attended 80% of the course by CBCT. This can be converted to the Course completion certificate from OCN London upon completion of all of the criteria, at a later date. Please see the Course Guide for more details.

Those unable to attend 80% of the course will be awarded a certificate of attendance stating the hours attended.
