We reserve the right to cancel the Course if minimum numbers of 10 participants are not reached. In this event a full refund will be made to you.

If you cancel your place on the Course, in writing, before 15th January 2021, please note the deposit of £600 is non-refundable but other payments will be returned to you minus an admin charge of £10.00.

Each study day incurs a cost (above the £600 deposit which is non-refundable) of £100.

If you need to leave the course at any stage from January 2021 the cost of all study days already attended will be deducted from funds held and any balance returned to you minus an admin charge of £10. If you owe CB Counsellor Training any funds an invoice will be sent to you and payment will be expected within one month. The invoice will state the terms for late payments.

No refunds will be given for individual dates missed by a participant.

Receipts will be given for all monies received by email. A receipt will be given for your deposit and then again for your balance. If paying by standing order you will receive one receipt for all the payments once all the final payment has been made. Please retain these receipts for your records.

If a duplicate receipt is required this will incur a charge of £10, to be paid before the duplicate is made available.

Your OCN certificate will be forwarded to you upon full completion of the course (all necessary hours and paperwork and the successful completion of the three essay tasks). The facilitator and Moderators’ decision to award or not award a pass mark will be final.

Those not reaching all the criteria will be awarded a certificate of attendance if they have attended 80% of the course. This can be converted to the course completion certificate upon completion of all of the criteria. Please see the Course Guide for a full explanation of additional charges for late submissions.

Those unable to attend 80% of the course will be awarded a certificate of attendance stating the hours attended.
