Allocation of places will be subject to Facilitator, Carol Lloyd and the Director of Learning, Carol Belsey’s agreement.
CBCT Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if minimum numbers of 10 participants are not reached. If cancelled by CBCT Ltd a full refund will be made.
The course costs £500 and we appreciate full payment at application, if possible.
The course can also be paid for in instalments as follows:
Upon application £200 deposit
14th March 2022 £100
15th April 2022 £100
16th May 2022 £100
The Director of Learning and/or Admin Assistant should not have to chase payments. It is each counsellor’s responsibility to ensure that their payments arrive on time and make a note of the dates the payments are due. Counsellors who have not paid the full fee by 21st May 2022 will be denied access to the course.

In the event of cancellation by the participant, in all circumstances without exception, the deposit of £200 will be retained but the balance will be returned as follows :
Bookings cancelled before 28th March 2022 will incur an admin charge of £10.
Bookings cancelled between 28th March and 3rd April 2022 will incur an admin charge of £15.
Bookings cancelled between 4th April and 10th April 2022 will incur an admin charge of £20.
Bookings cancelled between 11th April and 17th April 2022 will incur an admin charge of £25.
Bookings cancelled between 18th April and 24th April 2022 will incur an admin charge of £30.
Bookings cancelled between 25th April and 1st May 2022 will incur an admin charge of £35.
Bookings cancelled between 2nd and 8th May 2022 will incur an admin charge of £40.
Bookings cancelled between 9th and 17th May 2022 will incur an admin charge of £50.
Bookings cancelled from Tuesday 17th May 2022 will not receive a refund under any circumstances, unless the participant’s place can be sold to a counsellor on our waiting list.
Please note: Cancellations received between Thursday 17th March and Monday 11th April 2022 will be actioned from Tuesday 12th April 2022 onwards.
No refunds will be given for individual dates missed by a participant once the short course begins.
Receipts will be issued for all payments. Please note if you pay in instalments, you will receive one receipt for the deposit and another once the instalments have all been paid. Receipts will be sent by email. Please retain them for your records. Duplicate receipts incur an admin charge of £10 each, paid before the duplicate is provided.
All participants will receive a CPD Certificate for the course stating the number of hours they attended. Each study day consists of 5 hours of learning time.
