White Chocolate Tiffin


  • 250g digestive biscuits
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 60g dessicated coconut
  • 60g glace cherried (or as many as you like plus some for the top!)
  • 125g butter
  • 1 tbsp horlicks powder
  • 500g white chocolate


  1. Crush biscuits
  2. Mix with coconut and cherries
  3. Melt together the butter and sugar horlicks and syrup
  4. Pour mixture on to biscuit mixture and mix
  5. Press into a tin and set in the fridge
  6. Melt the white chocolate and pour over the top and set again in the fridge
